THE MOVE-IN PROCESS: WHAT TO EXPECT
At Naples Green Village, we strive to make the move-in process as convenient as possible. We understand that this can be a very uncertain time, and we work with our families every step of the way to ensure that they are included in each step of the process, addressing concerns and answering questions along the way.
The first step to moving in to Naples Green Village is the tour of our community. This is an opportunity to introduce your loved one and other family members to the staff and get a first hand look at the recently updated facility. Our knowledgeable staff can answer any questions that you may have about Naples Green Village life and activities, and give you a chance to explore our community up close!
Following the tour, we schedule a personalized nursing assessment. This assessment is used to determine what level of care your loved one requires. We understand that each person that comes to Naples Green Village is different, and care needs vary widely from person to person. This is why each assessment is performed with the same care and focus, to ensure that all of your loved one’s needs are addressed. Based on the outcome of the assessment, our nursing team devises an individualized care plan, specifically designed to meet the unique needs of your loved one.
After the assessment, the next step would be selecting the suite your loved one will be living in. At Naples Green Village, we offer both private, and semi-private accommodations, allowing you to choose based on what is right for your loved one. After your selection has been made, our staff will work with you to establish a move-in date, and to welcome you home to Naples Green Village.
