Naples Green Village has a bright well lighted dining room.Jessica was very helpful during the "move In" phase and has been available for any and all questions.Jill and her co-workers have also been cooperative and helpful.

Excellent care!! My mom is in such great hands and all the staff are so happy to help each and everyone of their residence. I am so happy and so pleased with Naples Green Village and I’m happy that I moved my mom out of this other establishment. They are awesome here.👍🏻👍🏻🙌🙌🙌♥️

Highest regards to Jessica, who went above and beyond to assist my Father in transitioning from Assisted Living at another facility to Memory Care here. Her attention to detail and patience is incredible. Unlike other facilities where there is a "disconnect" between marketing/sales and actual care teams, the synergy here has been flawless. My Father loves the grounds and describes Naples Green Village as "superior". The grounds are beautiful and serene. Everyone is receptive and caring. Sandra from Nursing was wonderful and patient too. Thank You all for the wonderful service and care you provide to our loved ones.

Recently, we moved my mother in to Green Village. We were so impressed by how nice everyone was, we knew this would be her new home. Since moving her in, we continue to be impressed by the sense of community and all around friendly atmosphere. Additionally, this is one of the cleanest homes we visited. Naples Green Village is by far one of the best ALF in the area if not FL. The nurses , Aides and management are patient, kind and genuinely care for all of the families here. The staff is excellent and will go above and beyond to make sure your loved one is comfortable and living to the best of their ability. They help each family transition their loved ones smoothly and effectively. We are so blessed to have my aunt at Naples Green Village.

Really pleased with the Naples Green Village Staff & the environment. I had heard horrible things about the facility. I was doubtful at first to have my family stay here but because they are one of the more affordable assisted living facilities in Naples I gave them a chance. I am so happy I gave them a chance because it seems the new management has really outdone themselves with finding a great and caring staff! I am beyond pleased, everyone is so attentive to my family’s needs and willing to help. I have no doubt my family is in great hands, and this helps me sleep better at night.

The new owners and management company have made so many wonderful changes with promises of more to come. The team is super friendly and attentive. The team they have in place really cares about their residents and it shows. What I love most is the "homey" feel, the most important thing to me isn't marble floors or chandeliers...it's how they treat mom. They exceeded my expectations.

Do not send loved ones here. Did not assist my grandmother with bathing in 8 days until we went to visit and assisted her. Bruises and scratches on her back. Nurses sit and text do not assist or give the care as promised and promoted. Good sales team all a scam and tell you want you want to hear but not good service once inside. Call the phone line and no one picks up to speak to loved ones. This isn’t fair and basic human rights are neglected. The way they work here is doing the bare minimum for patients. Do not recommend if you care about your family member.

My mother was in this place for 68 days and that was 68 days too long! When my mother first went into the facility I was unable to visit her for a couple of weeks.I found out that they did not have any kind of emergency call buttons in the rooms or bathrooms! One night my mother's roommate got up and fell and broke several bones and my mother who uses a walker went for help. I found out that the aids only came around every two hours through the night!There were other problems but the last straw was when I found out that my mother had been sleeping on the nastiest mattress I had ever seen!!I reported it to the director and was assured that it would be taken care of immediately but it was not! Three days later when I came back it still had not been replaced and I was done!! I gave notice and took my mother out and have filed a complaint with the state authorities. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!Update since this review, representatives from the Agency for Health Care Administration have found that rules and laws were violated and served notice of deficiencies! Naples Green Village will be required to correct the deficiencies!
